Let it Go
It seems that my 30's are going to be spent learning more about myself and facing up to some hard truths. There are things that I am just never going to be good at! That's what this page is all about. Letting go of three things: being a person who can look at ingredients and whip up a meal, being a person who is bilingual, being a person who knows anything about music.
This was so much fun to put together with the help of the Felicity Jane October Emeline kit and a Simple Scrapper sketch and story starter. It's a no photo layout which I'm good with. I could have gone with more themed stuff--things related to food or music. But in the end, I just wanted to have fun with a pretty kit!
The big impact item on this page was the title. I had a very specific idea of how I wanted it to look, so I hand wrote it on copy paper, took a photo and then traced it in the Silhouette software. After I cut it out, I stitched around it with yellow thread. It's my favorite part!
Cheers & Besos,
